Shipping Policy

We do our best to prepare your order for shipment as soon as possible. It is not always possible to ship products on the same day. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Should we, for any reason, be unable to ship your order within one week, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Standard shipping: € 4.95
Free shipping from € 30,00
Pick-up location costs a maximum of €3,00 (from 2 products)

Delivery is handled by the PostNL parcel delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

International shipping

Additional costs may be charged due to customs and import duties. The amount of these costs depends on the de minimis value of the country to which the shipment is sent. You will be shown the amount of this charge during checkout.
