Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To make use of this, you must request a return via your profile. Therefore, please create a profile first.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being submitted will not be accepted.

Therefore, handle the item with care and ensure it is well packed for a return. You can use the shipping bag in which you received the products for this purpose.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned

  • Items with damaged packaging or missing tags and labels
  • Items that have been washed
  • Items with stains and/or odors
  • Items that have not been returned to us within 14 days of receipt
  • Items from the sale

Statutory cooling-off period of 14 days in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with labels and in the original packaging.

Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within fourteen working days via the original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
