Shipping policy

We do our best to prepare the order for shipping as soon as possible. It is not always possible to ship the products the same day. We ask for your understanding.

If, for whatever reason, we are unable to ship your order within one week, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Letterbox package: € 2.15 (bags, hats and caps)
Standard shipping: € 4.95
Free shipping from € 80.00

Delivery is via the PostNL parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

International Shipping

Additional charges may apply for customs and import duties. The amount of these charges depends on the minimum value of the country to which it is being shipped. During checkout, you will see the amount of this charge.
