Shipping Policy

We do our best to prepare the order for shipment as quickly as possible. It is not always possible to ship the products on the same day. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Should we, for whatever reason, not be able to ship your order within one week, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Standard shipping: € 4.95
Free shipping from € 30.00
Pick-up location is max. €3.00 (from 2 products)

Delivery is handled by PostNL's parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

International shipping

Additional costs may be charged due to customs and import duties. The amount of these costs depends on the de minimis value of the country to which it is shipped. During checkout, you will see the amount of these charges.
